About Us
The Nairobi Hospital Nurses Alumni Welfare Association (NAHNA Welfare Association) domiciled in Kenya, is a global network made up of former Nairobi hospital nurses, and nursing graduates of the Cecily McDonell College of Health Sciences, residing in Kenya and other regions of the world. Our goal is to strengthen our national and global Alumni Community connections through networking, professional support and empowerment, access to resources and all the necessary tools to help our members successfully grow in their careers no matter what the stage of their professional journeys are.
VISION
To enhance connections among former Nairobi Hospital nurses and Nursing Graduates of the Cecily McDonell School of Health Sciences in Kenya and worldwide, to establish a communication, collaborative and networking platform that will lead to opportunities for colleagues to engage in Secure Sustainable Social Development, Self- Empowerment, Mutual Support, Knowledge Sharing, and Mentorship to upcoming members.
MISSION
To advance and promote lifelong relationships among the alumni and strengthen their connection through social, economic, professional, charitable, and philanthropic opportunities, and to mentor the upcoming nursing students of the Cecily McDonell School of Health Sciences.
